Call: 1800 099 972 or 0265538980 to pre qualify for the Program over the phone. To Pre Qualify one partner in the household should be working and you must be able to provide a good current and previous rental reference. We will give a list of available properties and their addresses for you to do a drive by inspection. We will send you our Easy Approval Form for you to complete and return to us if you are interested in purchasing a home from us. IF YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR OWN HOME LET US QUOTE ON THAT ALSO!

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

As soon as you have been "pre qualified" and you would like to view one of the homes - we will contact you to arrange an inspection time. If you decide to go ahead and purchase the property we will require the following:

• Completed Easy Approval Form
• Rental reference letter from current and previous property manager
• 2 Recent pay slips
• If self employed a copy of your latest trading figures.
• Copy of your Credit Report (available from Bay Corp on 02 9464 6000)
• A non-refundable document Fee of $1000 is required up front to commence the paper work. On completion of the purchase of the house we will give you a credit of the document fee to go towards rates and insurance for the first year.
